Job Role: Lead RVI Inspector,
Time at Vertech: 5 years
Your professional background and experience: RVI inspections have taken me all over the world and New Zealand, inspecting all types of plant and process equipment, petro-chemical plants and equipment. My other skills include being a Robotic Cutter Operator for storm water and sewage pipes.
Key focus of your role: I specialise is RVI inspections, reporting and documentation for our clients. In partnership with my colleague, Ian, I train our RVI technicians using our cutting-edge equipment and procedures. I also manage the Vertech NZ warehouse, working with our close nit team, planning our future jobs and developing the application of RVI techniques.
Business units you oversee: RVI inspections and the Vertech NZ warehouse in Taranaki.
Tell us something about yourself: I have a son at high school and a lovely wife. I enjoy fishing and being with my family. My son loves playing badminton and I enjoy taking him to tournaments that take us all over New Zealand.
