Job Role: Project Coordinator
Time at Vertech: 1.5 years
Your professional background and experience: After university I was an Urban Designer/Landscape Architect. I then took time out to have my three children and support my husband as he continued his Medical training. I completed a Masters in Applied Psychology in 2020 before returning to work. I started working Vertech NZ as Quality Assurance Coordinator in 2022. I am now the Project Coordinator for Vertech NZ and love working with our amazing team of specialists. The job has taken me to sites and places I would never have gone to. I enjoy learning about the cameras and inspections from our team that are so passionate about the technology. It is a pleasure to work in a team that looks after each other and we pride ourselves on delivering a thorough, high quality product that we are all proud of.
Key focus of your role: Client liaison, HSSE, Quality Assurance, Project Coordination, logistics and planning. My job is very varied and dynamic, every day is different.
Business units you oversee: HSSE, Project Coordination, Logistics and Planning.
Tell us something about yourself: When I’m not with my family, I love riding our horses and walking with my dogs. I have recently learned to weld so now I am busy coming up with things I can make with my new skills.
